Time flies... today is the last day of Chinese New Year. I had a very long day so there was not any special celebration except we had some delicious jiaozi and mian as our 'festive dinner'. These jiaozi are made by a very special couple friend of ours from Sotkamo, Yin and Hao. They came from Wuhan many years ago and now both of them run a lovely Chinese restaurant in the heart of Sotkamo. Yin graduated from Kajaani UAS business school two years ago and she was Jessica and Brendon's Chinese tutor in the last two summer. There are so few Asians and Chinese in this region, so despite we are Chinese from two different nationalities, our common roots naturally pull us together, and our relationships deepen gradually after all these years. So, BIG THANKS to our lovely Chinese friend for a delicious festive meal for a sweet ending of the this year's Spring festival. 谢谢！
