Ouch! My back is killing me!!

Root cause unknown, I have this sudden backache in the evening which is literally slaughtering me alive. Now I have three patches of Salonpas on the critical spots, and praying hard that the pain will go away...... Jessica gave me a soothing massage, and I have been sitting by the stone stove for an hour for 'heat therapy'.... now, I guess I need 'sleep therapy' and hope for a pain-free back after a good night rest!
