Many people have the ideology that good food is shark fin, sea cucumber, lobsters and what not... but after having tasted all those, I am still standing firm on my belief that 'simple' food is still the best. Simple food can be equally tasty if one uses good quality, fresh ingredients. Simple food is can be more nutritional and healthier. Occassionally, to have a doze of food with exotic ingredients may be good for a change, but on the other hand, having those kind of food every day could be a torture for my body. Today, I had a yummy meal with organic Chinese cabbage, tomatoes cooked with some sliced pork and small amount of salt. And this is served with my lightly friend Springrolls and fragant Basmati rice. It was a simple but nice treat - my taste :)
