Today is Valentine's Day in many countries, however, in Finland, this is the 'Friendship Day'. My students were so sweet. In the morning, when I entered the class, two boys asked, 'Teacher, can we offer some coffee and brownies to celebrate friendship day / valentine day...' Of course I have no objections to that, and they took out coffee, and their 'home made' brownies to serve all the participants in the class. It was very nice gestures. Coincidentally, today I have a some video clips to illustrate Managing Across Culture, so we had a nice time drinking coffee, enjoying the yummy brownies, and watched the 10mins movie clip. Everyone enjoyed. So, I must thanked the two thoughtful boys who had made the lecture so much more interesting :) Well done!
At home, we will have a small celebration later... And I have a little treat for my love ones...
In return, the little princess drew a nice card for us (a beautiful horse), and hubby gave some chocolates and a bunch of flowers as Valentine's gift... and my heart melted away..... :)
It feels great to be loved.... 幸福的女人也！
