An enthusiastic bunch!

I was told that Finnish students are silent, especially those from technical related courses... but today, this is proven once again wrong. I have a bunch of enthusiastic freshman from the technical faculty, who is capable to voice their opinion, share their ideas, and enthusiastic to participate. The challenge is to keep the flame burning, but at least this is a fantastic start against original perception. This is a validation to much of the 'motivation theories' which urged an organization to encourage participation, empowerment, etc. Let's hope all these enthusiasm will bare fruits in near future.
