Orientation program for new coop members

I was participating in a student coop's orientation program today. This is the first time such program is organized despite this is not the first intake. There were approx. 40 participants. All young, talented individuals who are studying in the games faculty. Although the picture I have before the start was that the participants are fairly silent, less interested in management or business stuff, etc... but this was proven wrong after the strategic discussion activities, and hearing their voies, ideas... It was very nice to observe that the participants were eager to contribute and active to share their ideas. That was really great! Now the challenge is to maintain and boost their interests further, and keep them excited enough to take real actions and be committed to the organization. Fingers crossed. Hopefully, all these efforts can change their attitudes and differentiate them from the earlier batches of members!
