This is a very interesting model with a fairly practical tool to help to-be entrepreneurs to start thinking of the key business issues and to help them validate whether their businses idea can be taken forward or not. The tool is called Business Model Generation and the contents are written in simple text and interesting graphics. Personally, I am of the opinion this is a very good model to kick-start the brainstorming process, however, once the idea is developed, I think other business and management theories will need to supplement the analysis, implementation and control. Nonetheless, still a model worth checking out.
