However, when now living in a place that is resort like (great environment, good facilities round the corner) there is no incentive to go any where! In winter, I can just look out the window and enjoy the views. In spring, I can just slip onto the ski and enjoy the snow, clean air, and nature. In summer, I can just dive into the pond to swim after sauna, put on my sport shoes for a walk or jog, or ride a bike around the cape. In Autumn, I could go to forest to pick berries, or join the village hunting team to chase after the elks :P There are all kinds of activities, around the year, there are all the facilities without hassard to pack our bags, or spend a dime to go any places.... where else on earth could be better than our home, and spending quality time with loved ones.
